Processing Times

Single-color prints ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Multi-color prints (2 to 4 colors) ship in 2 to 5 business days.

Hand-painted or custom finishes ship in 10 to 14 business days.
Processing time is the period from order confirmation to the carrier’s first scan. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods and Costs

Flat rate shipping within the United States: $5.99 USD per order.

Free shipping within the United States on orders of $50 USD or more after discounts and before tax.

Expedited options may be offered at checkout and are charged at carrier rates.
All delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after processing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders enter our production queue quickly. Change or cancellation requests are not guaranteed once submitted. Custom painted, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing unit or suite numbers, or forwarding services. If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, we can reship to a corrected address once additional postage is paid.
Delivery, Risk of Loss, and Title
Risk of loss and title transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment from our facility, as shown by the first carrier scan. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, labor actions, acts of God, extradimensional invasions, zombie outbreaks, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
A shipment confirmation email with tracking will be sent when your order is handed to the carrier. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Split Shipments
To ship your items as efficiently as possible, we may fulfill an order in multiple packages at no additional shipping charge. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for late deliveries due to carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
Porch Theft and Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office. Report porch theft to your local authorities. We are unable to refund or replace orders after a valid carrier delivery scan unless a carrier investigation finds the package was misdelivered.
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, contact us at printgoblins@gmail.com. We will assist with a carrier trace. Claims for lost in transit must be submitted within 15 days of the last tracking event.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email printgoblins@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number, photos of the packaging and item, and a description of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Cosmetic marks on non-visible undersides or support-contact areas inherent to 3D printing are not considered defects.
Undeliverable and Refused Shipments
Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be processed as returns in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Reshipment requires payment of additional postage.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., contact printgoblins@gmail.com and we will review custom shipping options. International taxes, duties, and fees, if offered in the future, will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Preorders and Backorders
Estimated ship dates for preorders and backorders are provided as guidance and are subject to change. Your payment method may be authorized or captured at the time of order according to our payment processor’s rules.
Holiday Peaks
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and carrier transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
