Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmodified, and in original packaging with any included accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or painted products (hand-painted upgrades, personalized requests, special finishes)

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items marked as such at checkout

How to start a return

To begin, email printgoblins@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and an RMA number.

Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at printgoblins@gmail.com with photos. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order. We’ll process the refund once your return has been received and inspected.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take longer to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received the funds, contact us at printgoblins@gmail.com.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
